{"id":343,"date":"2023-05-16T13:44:25","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T11:44:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zivogosce.cz\/en\/?page_id=343"},"modified":"2025-10-08T12:28:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T10:28:46","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/zivogosce.cz\/en\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About Us"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welcome to the Villa Alena guesthouse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Villa Alena is owned by the Czech-Croatian \u0160karica family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner and founder of the guesthouse, Nedjeljko, built it with his own hands and named it after his life partner, Mrs. Alena from Prague, who gave the place a Czech spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, their elder son Tomo and his wife Denisa are in charge of managing the guesthouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guesthouse was originally built in 1968 as a one-story house with five rooms. In 2001, a new floor was added and the rooms were converted into apartments.
