Welcome to the Villa Alena guesthouse
Pension Villa Alena is owned by the Czech-Croatian Škarica family. The owner and person who built the guesthouse Nedjeljko with his own hands chose as his life partner Mrs. Alena from Prague, who gave the guesthouse a Czech soul. Currently, his elder son Tomo and his wife Denisa are in charge of the management of the guesthouse.
The guesthouse was built in 1968 as a one-story building with 5 rooms. In 2001, a floor was added and the rooms were converted into apartments. In total, there are now 5 apartments and rooms in the guesthouse.
A complete reconstruction of the rooms and the apartment on the first floor is planned for next season.
The indisputable advantage of the boarding house is both the home environment and the extensive surroundings of the house, where there are vegetable gardens, a garden with turtles, a spacious grill for meeting friends and, last but not least, a swimming pool with a relaxation area.
